Tobin Lofts is a fully-furnished, college student community located off Main Ave and Evergreen Street, less than 10 minutes from the UTSA Downtown campus by car and about 25-30 minutes by VIA bus (free for UTSA students). Each student has a private room and is only responsible for their own personal lease. Amenities include a full-kitchen with granite countertops, high speed internet, a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style pool and a washer & dryer in every unit. There are a number of floor-plans to choose from. 5, 10 and 12 month leases are available and rates start at only $585 a month.
