UTSA’s newest residential community. With nearly 200 double-occupancy bedrooms, Guadalupe Hall was designed with student success in mind. It includes common areas, study spaces and other rooms meant to facilitate meaningful interactions and collaboration.
Honors Residential College
Guadalupe Hall is the location of the Honors Residential College (HRC). As a first-year freshman in the UTSA Honors College, you will live and study with other honors students in a supportive, close-knit community designed to help you succeed. All incoming first-year Honors students who live on campus will live in the HRC in Guadalupe Hall.

2 Beds, Shared Bath
Each room includes two XL twin beds, desks and closet space. Each wing will have two sub-communities/clusters of 16-17 residents who share a bathroom pod. Each bathroom pod has one fully private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and one semi-private bathroom with three private showers, three private toilet stalls and three sinks. Bathroom pods will be secured and only accessible to the residents in the room cluster.

How to Apply
Accepted Future Roadrunners are encouraged to apply as soon as they have decided to attend UTSA, because on-campus living is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (with the exception of Special Interest Housing communities). All new incoming freshmen Honors students who live on campus are highly encouraged to live in the HRC in Guadalupe Hall. Follow these steps to apply:
Login to the UTSA Housing Portal and select the correct application to complete based on when you expect to live on campus.
Complete all the steps available and check the Housing Portal regularly for updates. The application process is phased over time.
Check your UTSA preferred email regularly for updates or instructions.
