Housing approximately 50 students, The Continental offers a more independent residential experience with fully furnished single and double units that prioritize flexibility and functionality. Each unit includes a kitchenette and in-unit washers and dryers that add convenience to everyday living.

The Continental is within walking distance to the Downtown Campus (including San Pedro I and II), allowing for students to remain closely connected to campus resources and opportunities. Easy access to university and public transportation provides convenient access to other UT San Antonio campuses and destinations across the city.
