2024-2025 Academic Year Applications
UPDATE AS OF APRIL 1st, 2024:
UTSA Housing and Residence Life at this time is only accpecting waitlist applications. Should a student be offered a space, instructions will be sent via email for them to accecpt or decline the offer. It is very important that students are checking their emails as the offer willl have a 24 hour expiration date. Space offers are made in the order that students completed their waitlist application.
Should you make other arrangements and no longer would like to be on our waitlist please let us know so you are removed from the waitlist.
UPDATE AS OF MARCH 22nd:
We experienced an overwhelming response to the March 17 housing contract priority deadline for the 2024-25 Academic Year. While rooms are still available, they are going fast. UTSA housing contracts are accepted on a rolling basis in the order they are received until all spaces are leased, which may happen before our updated March 24th regular deadline.
If you know you want to live in UTSA Housing in the Fall, we recommend that you complete your contract NOW instead of waiting for the March 24th deadline.

Summer 2024 Applications
Summer applications will be available for all students in April 1st to apply. There will be a Full Summer application and a Second Summer Session application for students to live on campus during the summer.
Housing will only be in Laurel Village for the summer term where there are limited 4BRs units and a lot of 2BRs.
Non UTSA students are able to live on campus with us for the summer. To get more information and next steps please email us at studenthousing@utsa.edu

On-campus housing for the fall typically fills up early in the spring semester, so apply for housing as soon as you have applied to UTSA.
