Spring 2025 Applications
Our Spring Only waitlist applications (January 2025 - May 2025) are now open! Don’t wait—housing is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so submitting your waitlist application early increases your chances of securing your space. Due to limited availability specific floorplans or communities are not guaranteed. Join our vibrant campus life and make the most of everything we have to offer.
2025-2026 Academic Year Applications
Applications for the 2025-2026 academic year will open on January 6th, 2025!
#1. To ensure more incoming freshmen have the opportunity to live on campus, we have decided to limit the number of returning residents. Therefore, if you want to live on campus again next year, we encourage you to apply early. Spaces are expected to fill quickly, and once full, returning student applicants will be given the opportunity to apply for the waitlist. This change allows us to prioritize the demand of incoming first-year students. If you’re interested in living in a Themed Residential Community (TRC) in Alvarez Hall, options for returning residents include ROTC, Events & Hospitality Management, Data Science, and La Comunidad.
#2. Students approved and accepted into a Themed Residential Community (TRC) will have priority access to the housing process. They will be given the opportunity to sign their housing contract and select their room before general room selection begins. This early access ensures students can secure their preferred space within the community. Don’t miss this chance to join a unique living experience! Summer 2025 Applications
Summer applications will be available for all students in April 1st, 2025 to apply. There will be a Full Summer application and a Second Summer Session application for students to live on campus during the summer.
Summer housing location has yet to be determined.
