Update on Academic Year 2023-2024 Housing contract deadlines as of March 24, 2023
UTSA HOUSING UPDATE AS OF MARCH 24:
We experienced an overwhelming response to the March 19 housing contract priority deadline for the 2023-24 Academic Year.
While rooms are still available, they are going fast. UTSA housing contracts are accepted on a rolling basis in the order they are received until all spaces are leased, which may happen before our May 1 regular deadline.
The earlier you sign the contract, the better your chances to get your preferred space and roommate. If you know you want to live in UTSA Housing in the Fall, we recommend that you complete your contract now instead of waiting for the May 1 deadline.
