Students using housing carts to move their belongings from cars
Posted signage will direct onsite traffic, but drivers can expect the following:
Students, faculty and staff using west campus roadways should review the below traffic maps and anticipated impacts carefully to help plan safe, efficient commutes.

Barshop Avenue, beginning at the traffic circle, will be restricted to northbound traffic only (toward Loop 1604) during move-in operations. The Loop 1604 entrance at Barshop Avenue will be closed.
Brenan Avenue will be restricted to southbound traffic only (toward campus) Aug. 16-17.
Beginning at 5 p.m. on Aug. 16, Brenan Avenue will be closed between Bosque Street and Brackenridge Avenue to support Rowdy Glow.
Access to BK4, BK5 and the Barshop parking lots will be limited.
The following residential lots will be closed, including faculty and staff spaces:
Residential students and their guests are encouraged to park in BK1 or BK2 when directed.
Through the end of August, the City of San Antonio is conducting major improvements at Babcock Road and UTSA Boulevard.
Babcock Road will remain open to two-way traffic; traffic on UTSA Boulevard will be detoured through Roadrunner Way and Hausman Road.
